Services Offered
Tailored Threads specializes in custom-made clothing, including suits, sport coats, dress pants, tuxedos, shirts, trousers, and related menswear. Each garment is created to the client specifications selected during the ordering process.
Ordering Process
Accurate measurements are essential to achieving a quality fit. Measurements may be taken during a private fitting appointment or through another approved measurement process.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming fabric choices, styling details, sizing information, and customization selections before an order is placed.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Final pricing depends on garment type, fabric selection, package selection, and any applicable taxes or fees.
Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless Tailored Threads approves another arrangement. Accepted payment methods are communicated during the ordering process.
Production and Delivery
Production timelines vary by garment, fabric availability, season, and order size. Standard orders are typically completed within the timeline discussed at the fitting.
Finished garments are reviewed during a final fitting. Shipping or delivery arrangements, when applicable, may vary by client location and order details.
Alterations, Refunds, and Remakes
Because each Tailored Threads garment is made specifically for the client, the final fitting is an important part of the process. Minor refinements may be needed after the garment is produced so the fit can be dialed in to the client preference and the way the garment is intended to wear.
Complimentary alterations are included as part of the Tailored Threads fitting process when adjustments are needed to complete the fit. These may include reasonable refinements to areas such as sleeve length, trouser length, waist, seat, jacket shape, collar balance, shirt tapering, or similar fit details.
Custom clothing is made to the client measurements, fabric selections, styling choices, and approved order details. For that reason, completed custom orders are not refundable. If a concern comes up during the final fitting or shortly after receiving a garment, contact support@tailoredthreads.com so the team can review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
If Tailored Threads determines that a remake is necessary because of a production error, measurement issue, or confirmed mistake on our part, the garment may be remade at no additional cost. If a remake is requested because of a client-selected style choice, change of preference, or an approved detail from the original order, additional costs may apply.
Intellectual Property
Website content, text, graphics, imagery, logos, designs, and other materials are the property of Tailored Threads or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Tailored Threads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website, services, or products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service at issue.
Privacy
Tailored Threads is committed to handling personal information with care. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
If measurement technology or related tools are used, measurement data is collected for the purpose of creating custom garments. Images or temporary scan data, when applicable, are not retained beyond what is needed for the fitting or measurement process.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to Terms
Tailored Threads may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
